Who We Are
Throughout 25+ years of practice and medical recruitment, Dr. Philip Shields has recognized the lack of adequate and professional assistance in physician representation.
Utilizing various avenues, they executed the research necessary to substantiate their concept and began assembling an extraordinary team eager to fill the void in the medical field. In 2023, Inveniam was created. Since then Inveniam has grown organically and now comprises a multi-disciplined physician consultant team headed by Dr. Shields and a hospital consultant team.
Everyone on our team is passionate about what they do. That’s why we work at Inveniam, and love doing so! Meeting with and providing unrivaled services to our Members, assisting them in acquiring their optimal care, and ensuring their future safety and health. Gratification is what makes us, at Inveniam, ecstatic.
